1. The term “Company” refers to Movewell Movers and.
2. A “Quotation” or “Estimate” is a non-binding agreement between the Company and the Client based on mutually agreed-upon terms and conditions.
3. Regardless of whether he owns the Products or Fittings, “Customer” refers to the individual who contracts with the Company to supply the Services.
4. Goods” refers to the item or items for which Relocation Services are to be provided, excluding coins, cash, bank notes, cheques, money orders, postal orders, national saving certificates, premium bonds, travel tickets, passport, securities, manuscripts or documents of any kind, Jewellery, Perishable goods, hazardous materials such as Crackers, Explosives, Chemicals, Filled Gas Cylinders, Battery Acids, Inflammable Oils such as Diesel, Petrol, Kerosene, etc
5. Regarding Handyman Services, the company disclaims any liability for the disassembly or reassembly of particle board furniture, special furniture, or air conditioners. Clients are encouraged to utilise Handyman Services in advance for any such materials.
6. For vehicle transfer: (a) A copy of all pertinent documents in the transferee’s name or the company’s permission to move in a different name must be provided. b) Vehicles must have roughly 10 to 15 litres of fuel to enter and exit the loading and unloading area. (c) Two-Wheelers: Please empty the gasoline tank / oil completely to prevent spills / leaks during transit.
7. The Services are offered throughout normal business hours, which are Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., excluding public holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. But, we offer Pune packers and movers services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by contacting 07066300238.
8. Any estimate or quotation submitted by the Company to offer the Services shall be open for acceptance for fifteen days after submission, after which it will be considered withdrawn.
9. After acceptance, the provisions of the quotation become legally binding. To the exclusion of the Customer, the Company shall select how the Services are to be rendered, and may only change its decision on a temporary basis by mutual agreement, with the Customer being charged appropriately.
10. If the client cancels the agreement, the confirmation deposit or confirmation advance is forfeited and will not be returned.
11. Customer is responsible for ensuring proper access to all essential premises for the delivery of the Services. If the acres are too narrow for vehicle or person movement, the customer must pay additional expenses to make delivery arrangements or make their own arrangements.
12. While providing relocation services, the business excludes the following: I Split pickup/multiple pickup and/or deliveries ii) Plant removals and/or crating of any item not specified in the respective estimate. Long carry, society/elevator fees, and parking costs iv) any vehicle detention v) Storage in transit and any compelled circumstance vi) any government taxes like Octroi / Mathadi / Toll / Entrance Tax / Labor Union Charges applicable in any state vii) delivery or collection using stairs above the second floor (if service lift not provided) viii) extra handling fees for things that cannot be transported via lift (heaving/stair carry).
13. Unpacking materials and detritus are business property, and the corporation reserves the right to collect unpacking materials. Unpacking Material will be billed at Rs. 75 per carton if retained by the customer for local shifting, or additional transport expenses for material pickup at a later date will be billed at a minimum of Rs.1500 within Pune city.
14. Government, customs, or official confiscation is not covered by the insurance. It also excludes loss or damage to goods carried by the owner, jewelry/cash, deeds, traveler’s checks, plants, gas cylinders, alcoholic beverages, contraband, and other forbidden things.
15. Insurance does not cover inside damages of any type unless there is evidence of exterior physical harm. Any external damage must be reported on the packing inventory on the day of delivery. This is applicable to all electrical equipment, including laptops, speakers, etc. Except autos, coverage for electrical or mechanical failure is provided and can be added in writing for a 3% premium increase. Clients may also utilise our Wooden Crate Packing Services for a fee.
16. The Company will not assume responsibility for damage to Products and/or Fittings unless it is provided with a reasonable opportunity to inspect such damage. Claims submitted in writing will always be processed by the third-party insurance agent, not the corporation.
17. The Customer agrees not to assert any claim against any employee or agent of the Company who imposes or seeks to impose any liability whatsoever in connection with the Services, and if such a claim is asserted, the Customer will indemnify the Company for all resulting damages.
18. Payment must be made by check or credit card, including any relevant card fees, prior to packaging or shipping. Credit until the time of delivery may be granted in exceptional circumstances and subject to limits and conditions. If payment is not received in full prior to shipment, the company reserves the right to withhold shipment until full payment has been received.
19. According to the Indian Contract Act of 1872, the work resulting from this proposal will be completed. Multiple pickups and deliveries are not included, unless otherwise noted. Despite the fact that every precaution is taken during packing, transit risks must be insured. You are considered to have self-insured the products in the absence of coverage.
